Airman Spencer Stone, one of the heroes who stopped a terrorist attack on a French train during the Summer, was stabbed late last night as he was walking down the street in Sacremento, California. Although he was thought at first to be mortally wounded, the current status report is that Stone is expected to survive the attack. There is only sketchy information about what happened and who the attacked was. The first concern is that this attack is some sort of retribution for Stone's heroics in France. We will have to wait and see how this develops. In the meantime, let's pray for his safe recovery.
