Biden Gets A Pass

With the cancel culture of the moment, people are concerned about the black man in a chef’s hat on Cream of Wheat packages and the whitening makeup sold by cosmetics companies. Some want to disavow Abraham Lincoln because he supposedly didn’t do enough to get rid of slavery. And it goes on.  But here’s the real question:  Why does Joe Biden get a pass?  He fought against school desegregation in the Senate. He actually said that integrating black students into schools would turn them into “a jungle, a racial jungle”. Those are Biden’s words.

If the left wants to cancel racism and racists, then how can they vote for or support an old racist like Joe?

Babba Wallace Bogus BS

Bubba Wallace is a NASCAR driver  Afew days ago all hell broke loose when a noose was found hanging in the garage assigned to Wallace who is black. RACISM!!!

NASCAR drivers and others marched to denounce this heinous act. After all Wallace is one of the few black drivers   It had to be racist.

The FBI was brought in to investigate. It turned out that the noose had been there for over a year as shown in pictures.  Wallace was only assigned the garage ten days ago. So the noose had nothing to do with Wallace

The Trump Rally

The President held a rally in Oklahoma last night. There had been 100,000 ticket requests, but it turned out that a group of opponents organized phony ticket requests to try to create empty seats. They succeeded so that Trump drew “only” about 10,000 people into the arena.

It’s amazing to me. Earlier this week Joe Biden held an event and he couldn’t even draw twenty people. Most of those who came were media. There was almost no mention of this in the media. Trump draws 10,000 in the face of an organized dirty trick to keep people away and the media treats it like he failed in a major way.

I don’t really care how many people show up to these rallies except as they indicate some sort of trend. Biden’s flopped rally was an actual indicator of a total lack of enthusiasm. Trump’s not so much.

Let’s see where this goes next.

In a frightening poll, Zogby found 55% of American voters including a third of Democrats think Joe Biden has early dementia. The voters believe they are being offered a mentally faltering man to lead them for the next 4 years. How could it come to this?

What kind of rational voter could pick Biden. 

Back To The Virus

It’s hard to fathom, but the old virus warnings are being trotted out large scale in the media. For months the media led a fear campaign against reopening the economy. Reopening was a move towards death, or so we were told.   We all had to hide in our homes or so we were told. Anyone who wanted to reopen was the moral equivalent of an axe murderer or so we were told.
Next came the riots and protests. The people gathered in crowds for hours with no masks and no social distancing. To the media, that was fine. They forgot about the virus.
Now we’re seeing upticks in cases in some states. The media doesn’t blame it on the protest crowds even though the timing is perfect. Nope. The media is back blaming a too quick reopening

It’s really hard to hear the new media narrative without laughing. 

Continuing Insanity

Think about recent events.  Most recently, a black man who stole a taser from police and shot it at the cops was killed by the cops with guns.  What to do in response?  I know, let's burn down the Wendys where this happened.

Anarchists and Antifa take over six blocks in Seattle and won't let anyone leave or enter.  They demand supplies.  What should the country do?  I kow.  The Mayor calls an armed takeover "an exercise in Democracy" and a "new summer of love" and all is supposed to be fine.  Joseph Goebbels, the propaganda minister of Nazi Germany would be proud.  No voting, no choices and armed takeover is "democracy".  No doubt, we'll soon hear from the Democrat mayor or the Democrat governor that they've decided to send supplies  including guns into CHAZ for humanitarian reasons .

Clueless Joe How Low Can You Go?

Joe Biden said today the the death of George Floyd was more important than the death of Dr. Martin Luther King. I’m not kidding; Biden actually said that.

No matter how wrong Floyd’s death may have been, he still was a career criminal. No matter how wrong MLKs murder was,  he was the leader of a nationwide mass movement seeking civil rights for millions of people. Biden used to know that.  But now, in order to pander to the far left for votes, Biden is willing to belittle a great man and national hero by comparing him unfavorably to a career criminal.

No doubt some will call me a racist for speaking honestly about Floyd.  I don’t care. Facts don’t change. We have to try to be honest if we are ever to advance beyond the tribal nonsense that now afflicts us. 

The Death of Minneapolis

Part of being human is that there will always be those people who do not obey the law.  Crime is everywhere.  Some places it is more rampant, but it is everywhere.  To be clear, crime is not going away no matter how much the local government wants it to.

I mention all this because today. the City Council of Minneapolis announced that it is going to disband the police force and replace it with a new community centered public safety organization.  In fact, the left wing Democrats who control the City Council proudly announced that they have a veto proof majority to carry out that plan.  It's the ultimate in virtue signaling.  Look at us, the Council seems to be shouting, "we join the community in hating the police so much that we are doing away with the police force."  The Council doesn't seem to care if there is crime in the city.  They are showing solidarity with those offended by the death of George Floyd allegedly at the hands of one member of the police force.  What will happen when there's a murder in Minneapolis?  How about a rape?  What happens when there's a home invasion in the capitol of Minnesota?  What if there's a stolen car, a street mugging, or a break in at a store?  Who are the citizens going to call/  Ghostbusters/

The most amazing part of all this nonsense is that the most crime ridden areas in the city are populated by minorities.  So, in order to show solidarity with minorities, the City Council has decided to leave them at the mercy of the thugs, criminals and miscreants in minority neighborhoods.  Maybe the Council can call the bill, "We care about minorities, so we want them to be subjected to a massive criminal onslaught.'

I do not believe that the people of Minnesota will accept this plan.  How many will move from Minneapolis to escape the chaos?  How many jobs will flee the city for safer areas?  And what will the citizens of the city think?  Will they applaud a braindead move that says "we may be total morons but we care?"  Or will the citizens dump this far left cabal of lunatics at their earliest opportunity/

No matter what the city voters do, however, my prediction is that the people in the rest of the state will reject this political BS for the nonsense that it is.  Minnesota was always going to be close in November.  Joe Biden, however, has endorsed defunding police departments across the country.  My prediction is that Biden's bizarre position will lose him the very votes he needs to carry super blue Minnesota.  2020 could be the first time in 40 years that Minnesota goes Republican.  It's not that there's a huge majority of Trump supporters in the Gopher State; there isn't.  It's just that voters across the state will not want to see a government that actually thinks it is a good idea to get rid of the police.  What would be next?  Would Democrats decide to support women in their fight against rape by castrating all men?  That makes about as much sense as the plan for the police.

MINNESOTA IS VOTING REPUBLICAN IN NOVEMBER. 

Isn’t It Enough Yet?

Okay, so when is it enough?  Will it ever be enough?

I'm talking about the riots and the violence supposedly connected to a death in Minneapolis.  As you know, a black man died in police custody.  The policeman involved had previously been in trouble for alleged brutality.  Democrat Amy Klobuchar let him off on that earlier charge.  Now she's a senator and was a potential VP nominee for Biden.  The police in Minneapolis have been controlled by Democrat Mayors seemingly forever.  One has to wonder why these Democrats didn't manage to do anything to prevent this death due to alleged brutality.  The governor of Minnesota has been a Democrat for many years as well.  Why didn't these Democrat governors do anything to prevent the alleged police brutality.  The single most important piece of legislation that was passed in modern times that let police lock up blacks with relative ease was Bill Clinton's Crime bill in the 1990s.  It was pushed through the Senate by its principal sponsor, Joe Biden.  So why is there no blame on all these Democrats for what happened?  Why do all these Democrats now pretend to be so horrified by "police brutality".  Why do they play along with Black Lives Matter as if they have always been such great supporters?

And then there are the riots.  Democrat mayors in NYC, Philadelphia, Seattle, Chicago and many other places did nothing to stop looting, vandalism and destruction.  Many high end stores in major cities got hit.  So did many small businesses.  The most common victims of all, though, were small businesses in minority neighborhoods.  People who supply the needs of the minority community saw their businesses wiped out .  The looters, rioters and thugs just destroyed these neighborhoods while the mayors and governors did nothing to stop it.  Shouldn't the mayors have tried to maintain some semblance of order?  Shouldn't the governors have tried to keep things calm.  You don't stop looting by withdrawing the police and letting it go on unopposed.  But these Democrat mayors and governors actually think that to oppose Antifa or other criminal looters would not show sufficient compassion for their upset at the death in Minnesota.  That's nonsense.

Imagine for a moment what would happen if there were a woman raped by a black man in a town in Minnesota and her friends and neighbors caught the guy and beat him to death.  They would be acting in their righteous anger.  Would the mayor and governor do nothing because they wanted to show compassion for the upset of these people over the rape?  I hope not.  In fact, I'm sure not.

America and the American people cannot kowtow to the merchants of race hatred.  It doesn't matter if those involved are white supremacists or black lives matter or scum like Al Sharpton.  And those who a fighting to virtue signal by kneeling or shaving their heads or whatever other nonsense is being pushed at the moment should come to their senses.

Let me put it this way.  Crazy ideas like defunding the police force (as the mayor in Seattle and some other cities are pushing) cannot be allowed to be seriously considered.  Crime is bad enough already.  The Dems have pushed to release criminals cause of COVID19.  They have pushed through laws like the one in New York that requires no bail after most criminal arrests.  They are attempting to disarm the general citizenry.  The Dems seem to want to leave ordinary citizens with little police protection and no means of self defense.

Look, maybe I'm misreading America.  Maybe there really is a majority who want to kowtow to criminals, kneel to leftists, censor free speech, abrogate basic constitutional rights and surrender to the grinding poverty and police state tactics that the left/Dems clearly want.  I doubt it though.  My guess is that most Americans want order with freedom.  Most Americans want equality o f opportunity with people succeeding due to hard work and, perhaps, a little luck.  America should be a meritocracy where ones skills matter for ones success.  It should never become a land where people can just refuse to work and expect that the rest of us will support them.  Crime like looting and vandalism should never be rewarded, no matter what the cause.

We'll see soon enough if the phony Dems who are the most racist among us will succeed or if truth and order and the Constitution will prevail.  I THINK AMERICA HAS HAD ENOUGH.  HOW ABOUT YOU?
