Just after I wrote the post about Iran's next move, the news broke that the Houthi rebels in Yemen launched a drone attack on a major Saudi oil field. The attack did no real damage and no one was injured or killed. This is another move by the Iranians. The Houthi are the local group in Yemen that is totally supported by Iran subservient to Iran. An attack like this would not take place without the blessing of Iran.
This is not the first attack of this sort, and it will likely not be the last. It's just another move by Iran in a way that hits its enemies while maintaining the fiction that Iran is not involved.
Hopefully, the attack will focus the attention of policy makers in DC.
