I getting annoyed with the people who hate President Trump to such a degree that they now root against any success for the USA because it might help the President stay in office in 2020.
Last night, Bill Maher told his audience that he is rooting for a major recession because that might get rid of Trump. Maher said that he knew that a lot of people would suffer in a recession, but it would be worth the pain if it led to Trump losing in 2020.
Remember, Maher is a multi-millionaire who gets big bucks for doing his show. If there's a recession, Maher wouldn't be hurt. In other words, he's fine with major pain for people when he's not one of those suffering. He's just another elitist leftist whose prepared to root against the USA in hopes that failures would hurt Trump.
Further, I just heard the CBS radio news discuss the upcoming summit meeting in Singapore between the President and North Korea's Kim Jung Un. They put on an "expert" who announced that the meeting would produce nothing for the USA but would be great for the North Koreans. In fact, said this "expert", what the USA is doing will be a big benefit to China but not to the USA. After all, there is zero chance that North Korea would ever attack America with nuclear weapons.
Think about that for a second. This supposed expert has already pronounced the summit a failure for the USA and a big success for the NK's. Doesn't the summit have to go ahead first before we find out how it turns out? By the way, this same expert told us months ago that the President's harsh position towards the North Koreans would surely cause ongoing bad relations with the NK's and could even lead to war in Korea. He was wrong. Now he's likely wrong again. The only consistent position this guy has taken is that whatever President Trump does is wrong.
