The drumbeat is starting in the press that it would be a good idea to send US troops into Libya to oust Gaddafi. I heard one just minutes ago on CBS. The only possible response to the media is that if they want to oust Gaddafi, they should form their own units and go fight. These are the same folks who belittled the ouster of Saddam Hussein in Iraq as one based on lies. Or, worse yeat, they said it was intervention in a civil war where the US had no business. Now they flip to the other side? I think they have lost their minds.
This is one military effort for which we can wait.
