Constitutional slogans

Today, a federal judge ruled that North Carolina license plates that say "choose life" are unconstitutional since the state does not also offer pro-abortion plates. It got me to wondering; what would those pro-abortion plates say? My favorite is "choose death!" I doubt, however that such plates would go over well. Stil, could North Carolina fix the judge's objection by letting people get plates proclaiming "kill your fetus"?

I also started thinking about all those other slogans on license plates. New Hampshire says "Live free or die". Must it now also offer plates proclaiming "Better to live as a slave"? How about plates that say "the Sunshine State"? Does Florida now have to offer plates that say "It rains here a lot"? Or how about Arizona and "the Grand Canyon State"? Does it have to offer plates that say "It's just a hole in the ground"? In New York, some plates say "the Empire State." Knowing what New York is like, must that state now offer plates that say "fight neo-colonialism"? There are whole neighborhoods on the West Side that would sign up for those. Even the "Garden State" plates in New Jersey ought to require that state to offer "asphalt and oil refineries" plates.

Given the way that courts interfere in matter like this, it ought not be too long before a federal judge rules that some state has to put pictures of the judge's children on its license plates.
