Adding to Unemployment

In the sixth year of the Obama economy wasteland, we still have intolerably high unemployment.  I don't mean the unemployment rate that the government "reports" each month.  That rate keeps going down even as the number of jobs stays stagnant and out population grows.  All that changes is that more and more people just give up trying to get work.  The real unemployment problem is that millions upon millions of people simply have little hope of finding work even though they are ready for employment.

Despite the unemployment mess, I have come up with my five favorite people who I would like to add to the rolls of the unemployed.  Here they are:

Number five is Al Sharpton.  This race-baiting phony appears each night on MSNBC to promote the racial division which keeps him in business.  In the past, he was a prime supporter of the Tawana Brawley race hoax, the movement that resulted in an attack on a white owned clothing store in Harlem that left many dead; and the riots in Crown Heights in Brooklyn years ago.  He ought to be off the air.

Number four is Al Gore.  This guy is promoting the phony story of man made global warming as if it was a cause in which he believes rather than the source of his immense wealth.  Gore profits handsomely from his supposed environmental crusade and lives by none of the rules he hopes to force on the rest of us.  He should be put out to pasture permanently.

Number three is Harry Reid.  I know that you are wondering how Reid could still have a job after death, but the truth is that Reid only looks like he is dead.  Reid is probably the biggest cause of gridlock in Washington over the last three years.  He has single handedly blocked more Congressional action than anyone -- including president Obama.  Everything he does is political.  I doubt that Reid even considers what is good for the country.  He ought to be out of the Senate or, at least, out of the role of Senate Majority Leader.

Number two is Sally Kohn.  I realize that Kohn is a dark horse candidate for this list if ever there was one.  Most people do not even know who she is.  Kohn is a well spoken pundit who appears on news programs (at least those that will still have her) to promote the liberal agenda.  The problem is that Kohn is not, shall we say, a slave to the truth.  No matter what subject comes up, Kohn never discusses the actual facts.  Instead, she distorts and misleads.  She ought to be off television.

Number one, of course, is president Obama.  He is a disaster for the county.  I know he will be with us for almost another three years, but we would be much better off if he were to resign.
