It's hard to imagine that today's big news would come from Monica Lewinsky, but we learned this morning that the intern with whom Bill Clinton had a sexual relationship in the Oval Office (and elsewhere) is finally going to tell her side of that story and it will be in Vanity Fair. My guess is that the magazine will get an enormous boost in circulation as a result.
I have to wonder if this is just another move by the people backing Hillary Clinton for 2016 to try to clear the decks prior to that campaign. No matter what Monica says, it is better that it comes out now when there is ample time for folks to forget about it. That is, of course, unless there is some shocking revelation coming about Hillary.
