Harvard cancelled the remainder of the soccer season because it discovered that the guys on the men's soccer team had put together a set of ratings for the looks of the freshman women joining the women's soccer team. Oh, the horror!
Hillary Clinton never fails to mention that Donald Trump has been quoted rating women based upon their looks. Trump says that Heidi Klum is no longer a ten, or so we are told. (By the way, he's wrong.) Trump has also called some women ugly in many different ways.
Think about that for a moment. Has the nature of human behavior actually changed in the last few years? Do men no longer rate women? Do women no longer rate men? There are large numbers of dating sites on the internet where one can see the picture of a potential date and swipe left or swipe right. That's right; millions of people every day are rating women and men based solely on their looks. There must be people fainting at the Hillary Clinton headquarters. Perhaps Harvard is going to block phone and internet service from its campus to stop this barbaric practice.
Hillary likes to talk about Alicia Marchato, a former Miss Universe, when she lambastes Trump for rating women. Poor Alicia. She entered a beauty pageant which one wins solely based upon one's looks and then gets upset when Trump (who owned the pageant) comments adversely on her looks. Someone needs to tell Hillary that her favorite victim, Marchato, spent a series of pageants at which judges rated her by number on many aspects of her looks. I'm feeling faint just writing about that horror.
So let's focus this nonsense on reality for a moment (sorry to let reality intrude.) If there is anyone out there who has not rated the opposite sex (or the same sex) based solely on looks, let him or her come forward and tell us about it. I will give a pass to those who have impaired vision. It's safe to say, however, that for the rest of us, not one can honestly say this.
It's time that Hillary shuts up about this nonsense.
