Last night, Fox News reported that the FBI investigators looking at the emails on Anthony Weiner's computer have found the following:
1. There are numerous emails that came from or went to the Clinton email server (Hillary's private unsecured system.)
2. Many of these are not duplicates of emails that the FBI has seen previously.
3. Some of these seem to contain classified information.
This is really important stuff. Let's just look at what it means. Anthony Weiner's computer has copies of emails from or to Hillary's private unsecured system that were deleted by Hillary or her people. Remember those 33,000 emails destroyed by bleachbit? At least some of them are on Weiner's computer. We don't know yet how many of the missing 33,000 are there, but it could be all of them since Weiner had over 650,000 emails on his computer. At this point, the Clinton loyalists will say that most likely Weiner had copies of emails that Hillary sent about yoga or about Chelsea's wedding, but that doesn't work as an excuse. Without a doubt, yoga and Chelsea's wedding plans were not classified, and these new emails have classified info in them. The classified information is not only being mishandled (a federal crime), but they also must come from work-related emails. That means that the 33,000 deleted emails included work related and classified emails (another federal crime.)
Fox also reported that there is an ongoing investigation of the Clinton Foundation and pay to play and that an indictment is likely according to FBI sources. That is surely something for the future. For the present, if the Fox report is correct, we know that the reopened criminal investigation into Hillary is likely to come to a different conclusion than last time. Hillary is going to the big house and not the White House.
