I just finished reading about five different court hearings in different states about the so called recount effort by Jill Stein (supported by Hillary Clinton). How much more has to be wasted on this BS? In some places (like Montgomery County, PA) the request for recounts was denied. In other places those recounts are going forward in part. For example in Philadelphia, some 75 out of nearly 2000 precincts are being recounted. So far, the results show no changes. The pro-recount forces, however, are going to court to try to get a forensic audit of all of the voting machines in the city. That request was denied by the Democrats who run Philadelphia as something not even allowed by law. Needless to say, the GOP supported that view as well, and it also happens to be correct. In Michigan, the state board of elections split 50-50 along party lines as to whether or not to hold any recount. Next stop is court.
This is all such a waste. In Wisconsin where the recount is proceeding, the first day found that there was a switch of one vote, ONE VOTE! There is no need to waste so much time and effort on this nonsense.
