They finally got it

On Friday, the Obamacrats finally did the right thing with regard to Mosab Hassan Yousef, the so-called Son of Hamas. Yousef is the son of one of the leaders of Hamas who worked for years behind the scenes for Israeli and other intelligence agencies. He provided info that led to the prevention of a great many terror plots and the arrest of scores of terrorists. A few years back, Yousef moved to the USA, announced his conversion to Christianity and applied for asylum. The Obam Department of Homeland Security opposed the request and moved to have Yousef deported back to the West Bank and certain death. This boneheaded move stirred up a great deal of opposition (although one would never know it from the main stream media). Finally, on Friday, the DHS dropped its opposition to the asylum request; Yousef will be staying here.

While it is disappointing that the Obamacrats felt it necessary to try to hide their retreat by announcing it on the Friday of July fourth weekend, they still have now done the right thing. this is proof that the voice of citizens will still carry some weight even in Obamaland, DC. Yousef risked his life for years in an effort to save others. He should be rewarded not harrassed. One can only hope that the Obamacrats take this message to heart. Don't hold you breath waiting, however.
