Bill Clinton as minister

Congressman Anthony Weiner is getting married to a long time aide to Hillary Clinton in the next few days. Word is out that Bill Clinton is going to officiate. Weiner's bride is a Muslim born in Saudi Arabia. My guess is that Weiner is having Bill preside to put the focus on something other than that. My other guess is that, for his part, Bill is hoping for droit de seigneur.
