Would you like to hear the basic truth about the Obama Jobs bill? It is being blocked by the Democrats. President Obama spends his days campaigning aroung the country telling those who come to see his endless speeches that it is the Republicans in Congress who are blocking his bill, but it just is not true. Yesterday, the Senate Republican leader, Senator McConnell, moved on the floor of the Senate for an immediate vote on the Obama Jobs bill. Harry Reid, the Democrat leader, blocked the vote. Reid then went on to call the attempt to hold the vote a "stunt". So the Republicans want an immediate vote and the Democrats block any chance for a vote. Obama, it seems, is out spreading lies.
