The COVID Rules Don't Apply To Democrats

 Today, Joe Biden went to Kenosha Wisconsin.  When Old Joe got off the plane, he walked over to his advance team, stuck out his hand and shook hands with them.  Here's a link to the article reporting this.  The was a gross violation of the COVID rules that bar handshakes with anyone, ever.

Yesterday, we learned that Nancy Pelosi forced a hair salon in San Francisco to give her a wash and a blow dry in violation of the local COVID rules that bar anyone from getting a haircut or styling inside any salon in San Francisco.

So in the space of two days, the top two Democrats in the country made clear that they don't think the COVID rules apply to them.  If you need a haircut in SF, you are out of luck unless you want to get one outside while wearing a mask.  If you greet an old friend in Wisconsin, you can actually get arrested if you are seen shaking hands with that person.  But the bigshot Dems don't have to follow the law.  As the internet meme would put it their slogan is "Rules for Thee, but Not for Me."

Think back just a week ago.  Pelosi slammed the RNC for holding president Trump's speech outside with some people not wearing masks.  She denounced it in the most strident possible terms.  Biden, while hiding in his basement, still released a statement that likewise denounced the GOP for having people gathered outside without masks.  Of course, when the GOP announced that almost everyone at the event had just been tested for the virus and did not have it, Pelosi just repeated her outrage. But remember, there was nothing illegal about what the RNC did.

Now a week later, Nancy Pelosi has been videotaped breaking California law by using her position of power to force the salon owner to give her a wash and blow out.  Biden has been video taped breaking Wisconsin laws by shaking hands with his aides.

Pelosi's excuse was first that she didn't know that she had to wear a mask in San Francisco or that she couldn't get her hair done inside.  Really?  This genius is unaware of the local COVID restrictions?  Who in the world believes that?

When that excuse didn't fly, Pelosi literally screamed that she had been set up.  She demanded an apology from the salon owner because she was a victim.  Unbelievable!

Biden has yet to comment on his illegal handshakes.  No doubt he will tell us that it is all President Trump's fault.

For many decades, the Democrats always claimed to care about the average people.  Don't believe it.  They just want their power and the perks that come with it.  And the rules?  They're only for you and me, NOT THEM.
