Today's polling data regarding president obama continues to be schizophrenic. Rasmussen shows an approval rating of -1% (49% approve and 50% do not). Meanwhile Quinipiac is show a +12% net approval rating. Once again, these two results cannot both be correct. Something is wrong somewhere. sure, Rasmussen polls likely voters rather than adults, but the difference ought not be that great.
