So What Does This Mean?

Something happened today that hasn't happened since March of 2017.  Do I hear any guesses as to what that event was?  Let me tell you.  The average of all polls reporting on public approval of the job President Trump is doing reached its highest point in 14 months.  The President is still under water when it comes to average poll results, but his approval rating is now above 44%, an amazingly high figure when you think about the non-stop bad coverage from the media for the President.

It's important to note that the average includes all sorts of polls.  Some currently show Trump as more popular than not.  Others show his popularity well under water.  That doesn't matter.  The average includes literally hundreds of polls over the last year, and the current figure limits itself to only those polls taken in the last two weeks.  If there's bias in any particular poll it gets lost in the average.

So how can it be that in the midst of a media frenzy over Stormy Daniels and that whole mess, Trump's approval rating is rising rapidly?  The answer is a simple one:  the American public doesn't care about what Trump did or did not do with this woman 12 years ago.  The public cares about the economy, jobs, safety and national security.  Trump's performance is winning converts to his side.

Oh, this all means one other thing:  right now all across America there are many Democrats whose heads are exploding.  They just can't take it.  It's just sooooooo sad.
