I just read the latest report from the AP about the fighting in Libya between al Qaeda and ISIS forces. It seems that ISIS attacked and killed a local leader of al Qaeda, and the al Qaeda forces have unleashed an attack on ISIS as a result. What amazed me, however, about the report was not the idea that the two terrorist groups would fight each other. No, I was surprised that the AP wrote about this calling the local ISIS affiliate an "extremist" group with the implication that the terrorists from Al Qaeda were just a bunch of nice guys trying to get by in a troubled world.
Hey, AP, can you say "9-11"?
