Weiner gets his say

I just watched Anthony Weiner's tearful press conference in which he admitted that the photo was of him, that he is the one who sent it, that it was one of a number of "sexting" conversations that he has had with many different women over the last three years, that he was not sure of the ages of the women with whome he communicated other than what they listed on facebook, that he had lied to the press and to those he cared about repeatedly, that he had shown terrible judgment, that he had hurt those about whom he cared, that he had put at risk all of these women who may now get dragged into the public arena, and that he was really, really sorry. and one more thing: nothing that had happened in any way relates to his job as Congressman, so he is not resigning.

To put it mildly, this guy is totally delusional. He intentionally lies to the public, to the media and to his family. He blames an unnamed hacker for a phony picture and stands by as the media goes crazy hounding that guy about the "hacking". He angrily denounces those who question him about his story and then he lies some more. And he stays silent about the whole thing until more news comes out and his story is revealed as a total phony. So, once he can no longer get away with lying, he comes forward and tearfully admits "bad judgment". but this has nothing whatsoever to do with his job as Congressman.

What a total crock! Weiner has disgraced both himself and his office. The people of New York deserve better. Weiner has to resign. The fact that he does not realize this is more "bad judgment"!!!!
