Time For ABC To Go

There is a debate among the Republican candidates scheduled to be on ABC early next year.  After watching the reaction from the ABC executives to the misconduct by George Stephanopoulos, the Republican National Committee ought to drop ABC as the host.  ABC is standing behind a reporter who himself admits that he should have disclosed that he was a Clinton Foundation contributor before he spent twenty minutes cross examining the author of Clinton Cash.  Stephanopoulos went on the air as a Clinton operative and used all the same points that the Clinton war room troops used in an attempt to discredit the truth that the Clintons used the foundation to gather cash given for access to Hillary.  Any clear eyed observer would have to conclude that Stephanopoulos coordinated his attacks on the author with the Clinton campaign.  That makes Stephanopoulos a Clinton operative, not an impartial journalist.  Indeed, it makes it impossible for anyone to believe that Stephanopoulos could ever be impartial in the future when the Clintons are involved.

ABC needs to remove Stephanopoulos from covering the 2016 elections.  Unless that happens, the GOP should say good-bye to that network as a home for its debates.
