Whats wrong with this headline? Obama Authorizes Secret Support for Syrian 'Rebels'
Over the last few months, there have been a series of high level security leaks from high in the Obama administration. The leaks have all been calculated to make Obama look good, no matter what the consequences. As a result, Iran got confirmation that it was the USA that launched a computer virus to destroy the Iranian nuclear program. In response, Iran has been attempting its own cyber attacks on America; the latest was an attack last week on certain large banks in New York. Another leak exposed a mole working for the CIA in al Qaeda. The mole was not only exposed, he also is reported to have been executed. Obama also leaked all the details of the bin Laden raid. Those who helped us in Pakistan are in prison as a result. Even worse, the terrorists now know the procedures used by US forces, something which puts American lives at risk.
Now, we have another article about a "secret" action by Obama. The United States is now supposedly assisting the rebels in Syria. There is no evidence that the story is true; it may just be a lie put out there by the Obama campaign. Who knows?
If the USA is really helping the rebels, then why was the secrecy of the mission breached? If we are helping, why was this done in secret? If we are not helping, why is the story out there? The truth is that this is another botched move by Obama that seems more designed for his campaign than for doing what is best for America. We deserve an honest explanation from the administration. (Writing that last sentence actually made me laugh.) Too bad we will never get honesty from Obama. In 150 years, we went from Honest Abe to Dishonest Barack.
