Completely Nutty Newsanchor (CNN)

Over at Newsbusters, there is video of CNN's Saturday afternoon anchor Deb Feyerick asking her guest Bill Nye (the "science guy") if an asteroid which is going to approach earth in the near future is the result of global warming.  What does she think?  Actually, maybe the question should be does she think?  In any event, do the geniuses at CNN think that asteroids are coming to earth for warmer climates, you know, like on winter vacation?  This has to be the stupidest thing that I have ever heard on CNN (and that is a tough list on which to even make the top ten.)  Look, I realize that there were probably only ten people watching CNN at that moment and that all of them were probably stuck in an airport where they could not change the channel on the TV, but even so, CNN still ought to put folks on the air who at least got the equivalent of a sixth grade education.

For those of you who care, Bill Nye did not agree that global warming was guiding the asteroids.
