In what must have been done as a joke, Siena polled NY voters on a race in 2020 between President Trump and New York City mayor Bill DeBlasio. In New York state, almost any Democrat could beat Trump. Bill DeBlasio couldn't even get a majority of the voters to support him. The only Democrat I can think of who might do worse is Anthony Weiner, and I'm not sure if that would be the case. It's too bad they didn't poll a matchup between Trump and Alexandria Ocasio Cortez in the Empire State. It would be interesting to see that result.
DeBlasio is a terrible mayor and a terrible person. Aside from that, he has no redeeming features. NY voters know that.
