Washington Congressman Norm Dicks announced that he will not seek re-election this year. Dicks is a Democrat from Washington and he is the ranking member on the House Appropriations Committee. Thinking back on the many accomplishments that Democrat Dicks achieved in Washington, I have compiled the following list:
