In the last two days, we have learned that president Obama is spending a billion dollars of American taxpayer money to buy Egypt two submarines that will be built in Germany. Almost as a response, a mob in the capital of Egypt today stormed the US embassy in Cairo and ripped down the American flag. Obama's State Department then apologized to the mob for individuals in the USA who supposedly criticized Islam. Meanwhile, just a week after the Democrats booed putting a reference to Jerusalem as the capital of Israel back in their platform, Obama got a request from Israeli Prime Minister Netanyahu for a meeting while Netanyahu is in the USA for the Fall meeting of the United Nations. The Israeli PM said he would meet in New York, Washington or any place Obama thought was convenient. The response from Obama was to refuse to meet. So Islamists in Cairo attack the embassy and Obama apologizes, but the leader of our friend Israel asks for a short meeting and Obama refuses. The contrast is overwhelming.
