Predictably Partisan Polling -- 2

Earlier today I wrote about Public Policy Polling ("PPP") and the skewed results which it publishes for its supposedly unbiased polls. I used the example of North Carolina where since June, no poll has shown Obama in the lead except for three taken by Public Policy Polling. The most recent PPP poll in North Carolina showed a 1% Obama lead; the poll was released this morning. Well, this afternoon brought another poll for North Carolina. This one was taken by Civitas for Investors' Business Daily. It shows Romney ahead in North Carolina by 10%. That's right, I said 10%. Today also brings word that the Obama campaign has cut back on its advertising in North Carolina by about 75%. The Obama folks understand that the state is lost and are moving on to fight in places more hospitable to their message. But PPP is still showing Obama in the lead.

The next time someone tells you about a poll done by PPP, I suggest that you laugh in their face.
