Earlier today, I wrote about the exit of Bob Bennett from the senate after his loss at the Utah Republican state convention. AP has now updated its article with the new headline that reads, "Tea Party Movement Ousts Senator Bob Bennett in Utah".
I guess the AP thought it was too subtle when it used the phrase growing national conservative movement in the earlier version of the same article. The truth, however, is that the Utah Republican party dropped Bennett off the ballot. Not the growing conservative momement or the tea partiers. It was the Utah GOP. Why can't the AP just report the news acurately? Is it just too hard?
