A few days ago, the United States sent official birthday greetings to Queen Elizabeth in London. Unfortunately, they were sent a week early. Hard as it is to imagine, the federal government cannot even keep track of Elizabeth II's birthday.
I am sure that we will soon hear that the early birthday greetings were the result of something that George Bush did while president. After all, Obama and the Obamacrats blame everything else they do wrong on Bush, so why not this?
