The full court press from the Obama administration continues for Congress to "pass the bill" meaning the Obama jobs bill. The problem remains, however, that there is as of yet no such bill. Indeed, the White House has not released the text of any proposal that it wants passed. Instead, America is treated to the spectacle of the president and his cronies campaigning for something that they themselves are preventing. Do they really believe that by keeping the terms of the bill from the public they will prevent opposition to it? It just makes no sense.
Obama does say that there will be a bill proposed on Monday. Maybe that will happen, but given the past, I will only believe it when it happens. Until then, I suggest that the Obamacrats adopt a new slogan.
