The purported economic guru of the New York Times, Paul Krugman, has a post on Conscience of a Liberal, his website, in which he proclaims that the anniversay of 9-11 is a time of shame for America. According to Krugman, "Fake heroes like Bernie Kerik, Rudy Giuliani, and, yes, George W. Bush raced to cash in on the horror." He then blames "neocons" for using the attack to fight a war in Iraq that was unrelated to 9-11 and terrorism.
I think that now is the appropriate time to go Maxine Waters. Paul Krugman, you should go straight to hell!!!!!!!!
Only an idiot could live through 9-11 and then say such a thing. In Krugman's liberal conscience, every problem in the world is America's fault. He always puts America last. So, an unprovoked attack on innocent civilians that killed 3000 unsuspecting and blameless victims was to be ignored in Krugman's world. Maybe he thinks that after the attack we should have sent foreign aid to the Taliban. Maybe he thinks that after the attack, the USA should have adopted sharia law.
I doubt that too many who read this site also read the New York Times. I suggest, nonetheless, that anyone who has a subscription to the Times cancel it and tell that newspaper that the reason for the cancellation is Krugman. Krugman has the right to say what he wants. We, on the other hand, have the right to do what we can to silence him and his hateful rants.
