Donald Trump Criticized Because He Knows Too Much About Chelsea

I've seen some pretty bizarre criticism of presidential nominees, but the latest from Yahoo News takes the gold medal in that regard.  In an article this morning, the ever-lefty Yahoo News lambastes Trump because he told a crowd at a rally last night in Colorado that a bomb had gone off in the New York City neighborhood of Chelsea.  Trump added that "nobody knows exactly what is going on" with the blast.  Yahoo News points out that New York Mayor Bill De Blasio later said that it was "too early" to say if a bomb had caused the explosion, but that it was not terrorism.  Trump was jumping the gun in their view by calling it a bomb.  Yahoo News also intimates that Trump had additional information about the bomb and they want to know how he got it.

Think about that for a moment.  If Trump had information that this was a bomb, then Mayor De Blasio was intentionally telling a lie when he later said that it was "too early" to say it was a bomb.  Yahoo News overlooks that lie by the New York Democrat.  But focusing on the big picture again, we have an explosion in a trash container in Chelsea that injures 29 but fortunately doesn't kill anyone.  The police find another explosive device nearby which the bomb squad defuses.  This happens one day after similar devices are found along the route in nearby New Jersey of a 5K run to benefit Marine veterans and wounded and their dependents.  One of those New Jersey devices  (also in a trash container) explodes but because of an unexpected delay in the race, no one is injured.  The ever political idiot De Blasio rushes out to say that this is NOT terrorism, and he doesn't even know if it was a bomb.  Obviously, it was a bomb, something that the police confirmed to the public this morning.  For De Blasio to immediately announce that this was not terrorism, however, is beyond ridiculous.  If De Blasio doesn't even know if it was a bomb, how can he know that it wasn't terrorism?  Yahoo News doesn't criticize idiot De Blasio.  No, Yahoo News criticizes Trump because he had the temerity to speak the truth that a bomb had exploded.

I know that the media supports Hillary Clinton.  I get that.  Nevertheless, the obvious bias in the Yahoo News story is so far beyond the line that they should just change the name to Yahoo Propaganda.

UPDATE:  In one of the funnier moments of the campaign, Hillary Clinton spoke to reporters last night on her plane.  She started by saying that she had been briefed on the bombings in NY and NJ.  Then they asked her about Donald Trump using the word "bomb" to describe the events in NY.  Despite having just called it a bomb herself, Hillary launched into a criticism of Trump for doing the same thing.  Poor Hillary, she must not be fully recovered yet.  Maybe she needs a few more days off.
