Adam Parkhomenko is the National Field Director for the Democrat party. That puts him pretty high up in the Clinton campaign. Yesterday, Hillary Clinton read a statement and took a few questions from the media. The US political editor for the Daily Mail David Martosko was watching the event and he tweeted that Hillary seemed exhausted and quiet, like an illustration of Trump's description of her as "tired". There was some back and forth with other reporters during which Martosko repeated that Hillary looked like low energy and listless. Finally the campaign jumped into the discussion. Adam Parkhomenko threatened him by tweeting, "You shouldn't have a job in the morning." Martosko tweeted back, "somehow, I'm not worried."
Let's stop here. A reporter says something that the campaign doesn't like, so the Clinton machine threatens his job? Really? Are they that thin skinned that a guy tweeting that Hillary was tired and listless is worth going ballistic? It's amazing.
Keep in mind what would have happened if someone from the Trump campaign had threatened a reporter with loss of his job. There would have been hordes of reporters defending the poor victim against the heartless attack by the Trump forces. When it's a Hillary campaign operative trying to silence the media, however, the response is complete silence.
