Another Day, Another Lie

Today brings confirmation of another lie that was used by president Obama and the Democrats to sell Obamacare four years ago.  This time, the lie is that passing Obamacare would cut the medical costs for the average family by $2500.  For some time we have had anecdotal evidence that this was a false claim.  Day after day we see horror stories about people whose premiums have soared in order to get policies with deductibles that are much higher than previously, but there has been no overall market summary.  That has now changed, and here are the results of that survey:

Insurance premiums under Obamacare have risen more under that law than they did during the eight previous years.

Think about that!  Obama and the Obamacrats promised a reduction of $2500 per family.  There has been no reduction at all.  There has, instead been an increase.  That increase is larger than during the eight previous years.

America has gotten to the point where it is not even a surprise to learn that Obama lied when he was selling the "benefits" of Obamacare.  Even so, this new lie should not pass unnoted.  It should be pointed out to everyone and Obama should be made to explain the lie.  It won't change the past, but the American people should recognize our president for the pathological liar that he is.
