A New Email/Clinton Foundation Scandal

It's hard to believe it, but there's a new scandal that has come out of Hillary Clinton's email.  This morning a new email was released in which a senior officer of the Clinton Foundation asked Huma Abedin in 2009 for diplomatic passports for three people from the Foundation.  The State Department has said that it won't comment on the matter.

The important thing to know about this request is that it is completely illegal.  No one but diplomatic personnel are allowed to hold diplomatic passports.  Issuing one to non-diplomatic personnel is a crime under federal law.  That means that if Hillary Clinton gave the okay for the Clinton Foundation folks to hold diplomatic passports, she committed yet another federal crime.  This is one that the FBI didn't even investigate.

There is no confirmation whether or not the foundation people got diplomatic passports.  One thing is certain, though:  if no diplomatic passport had been issued to the foundation people, the State Department would have said so.  Remember, the State Department has a computer data base listing all passports.  It can be searched in a matter of seconds.  There is no question as to the names of the people who requested diplomatic passports.  The State Department well knows if the diplomatic passports were issued to these people.  So I say again, if no diplomatic passport had been issued, the State Department would quickly have said so.

For a while it used to be that each month brought new revelations of wrongdoing by Hillary Clinton.  Then it went to every week brought another problem.  Lately, we've gotten to every day.  It seems that Hillary is aiming for a scandal a minute.
