Elizabeth Warren is a favorite of the left wing media like Yahoo News. I happened to see an article this morning congratulating Warren for "bringing down" Wells Fargo bank. It's a hoot to see. The CEO of Wells Fargo left yesterday, but it wasn't Warren who got him to leave. More important, however, yesterday brought the news that the Consumer Finance board that Warren designed first as a law professor and then as a senator was declared unconstitutional by the DC Circuit Court of Appeals. As a true liberal, Warren tried to give the power to control all finance companies to one man who was answerable to no one in the government. Warren thinks that "experts" know more than the regular people and acts accordingly. The Court, however, correctly decided that uncontrolled power in the hands of one man violates the Constitution.
So we have a major defeat for Warren; the board that she structured has been thrown out in court, and how does the media cover it? They start cheering for Warren for bringing down a bank which she didn't actually do. They are diverting attention from the reality that Warren just suffered a major defeat.
