Justin Time

The news is now saying that the Ukrainian airliner that crashed in Iran was actually shot down by Iranian missiles.  We don't know if this was intentional or not.  We do know that over 60 Canadians were on the plane.

Normally, one would expect the prime minister of Canada to have much to say about the destruction of a plane carrying so many of his countrymen.  Of course, the current Canadian prime minister is Justin Trudeau, and he has remained quiet so far.  The word in Ottawa is that Trudea intends to remain quiet for at least a week.  Speaking up too soon to castigate the Iranians who murdered these innocent civilians might be considered an unproportionate response.  Trudeau doesn't want to chance being accused of that.
