Why bother with the facts

The video from the incident at sea with the "aid" flotilla when the Israelis boarded the ships shows the men on board attacking the Israelis as they arrived at the ship. The Israelis are holding on to ropes as they are coming down to the ship and they are being hit with boards, iron bars and other clubs. The Israelis are not fighting back as they are holding on to the ropes. Obviously, once the Israelis hit the deck, they fought back, but there is no question who started the battle at sea: the "peace" activists.

Despite the unmistakeable evidence, the world press has named Israel as the villain of the piece. Apparently, self defense is now evil. Indeed, the Israelis had told the aid flotilla that they would allow the cargo to get to Gaza if they could first inspect it. The flotilla, however, just pushed on in the hopes of sparking a battle.

Wouldn't it be nice if just once we had world media that actually did its job and reported the news rather than its biases?
