There's news today from Wadi Barada in Syria; we just cannot be sure what the news actually is.
According to some sources, the Assad forces used chemical weapons on the rebel forces and civilians in the area and killed many. That's story 1.
According to other sources, an armored force of Assad soldiers arrived in Wadi Barada and took control prior to the supposed chemical weapons attack. That's story 2 and it is directly contradictory to story 1.
According to other sources, there is a cease fire in Syria and there has been no fighting in Wadi Barada. That's story 3.
I think it is most likely that story 3 is not true; there must have been fighting. Whether that fighting included a chemical weapons attack on civilians, however, there is no way to know. Given the history of this conflict, however, my choice for the story likeliest to be true is story 1.
