So Who Was The Target?

News reports today indicate that twice in the last six months, UN inspectors discovered shipments of chemical weapons sent to Syria by North Korea.  That's right, the rogue regime of Kim Jung Un is selling chemical weapons to the Assad/Iranian/Hezbollah alliance in Syria.

We know that the chemical weapons were caught twice.  How many times did they get through?  And once the weapons got to Syria, to whom were they delivered?  And right now, who is the target for these weapons?

These are really terrible questions to have to ask.  It may be that these North Korean shipments are the reason behind the supposed Israeli strike on a factory near Homa in Syria that was alleged to house chemical weapons.  It may well be the Israel decided that it could not sit by and let an alliance including Iran and Hezbollah have chemical weapons within range of Israel itself.  Israel normally does not tolerate having any enemies with weapons of mass destruction.  The Israelis destroyed the Iraqi nuclear weapons program in the 1980's.  Then about ten years ago, the Israelis destroyed the Syrian nuclear weapons program.

This sale of WMDs to Syria is just another reason why the regime of Kim Jung Un has to go in North Korea.
