Obama has begun backing off his comments about the mosque at ground zero. That is no surprise as the backlash against his stupid comments supporting the mosque construction will hurt him and all Democrats in November. As you have all heard by now, Obama still thinks it is an issue of religious freedom, but he also adds (in the words of the AP)that he's not commenting on "the wisdom" of building a mosque two blocks from ground zero. So here's the big question:"Why the hell are you not commenting?" The President of the United States spent weeks and months telling us all that this was just a local issue and he would not comment. Then he comes out strongly in favor of the construction of the mosque in support of religious freedom. But he still won't comment on the wisdom of building the mosque at that site? Is opposition to construction bigotry in Obama's mind? It certainly seems so. He does not have it in him to speak in favor of the memory of 3000 poor souls who were slaughtered by terrorists in the name of Allah. He does not have the cojones to do what is right. He is a prisoner of his idoelogy of victimization, so he cannot speak against the poor imam who won't even condemn terrorism or terrorists. Better to support this imam than to honor the memory of the 3000.
Obama has got to go!
