President Obama is going on the road to promote Obamacare, immigration reform and the rest of his "program". Foreign policy is presenting America with critical decisions like how to stop Iranian nukes and how to deal with the problems in Egypt and Syria, so Obama is going campaigning. Obamacare is falling apart so badly that only part of it is going into effect as scheduled, so Obama is going campaigning. The economy is growing slowly, too slowly to lower the numbers of unemployed, under employed and those who have just given up looking, so Obama is going campaigning. The IRS is persecuting conservatives, Christians, Jews and pro-life groups with no meaningful response from Obama, so "Fearless Leader"is going campaigning. Edward Snowden is holed up in Moscow releasing more American secrets which undermine our national security, so this genius is going campaigning.
Did Obama never hear of actually doing his job? He is supposed to run the government, not just campaign. Apparently, he does not have the patience or desire to actually do the work for which he was elected. And the country is noticing. Obama's approval numbers are now down in the lower half of the 40's. Back in the day when Bush's numbers reached this point, there was relentless media coverage of the "meltdown" of his presidency. Of course, the mainstream media is not making a big deal of Obama's decline because he is their guy, but the reality is nevertheless that Obama is losing the country's support. America is finally looking for results rather than just words and promises. Obama is fooling himself if he thinks that more campaigning will change that reality. He is on a personal Tour de Farce.
