It's hard to believe, but Hillary Clinton's email mess just got worse. It seems that in 2010 and 2011, the people running Hillary's homebrew email server shut down a key part of the protection against hacking on the system. This is reported today by the AP and it comes from documents that Judicial Watch got under court order after years of trying.
This means that Hillary Clinton continued to send and receive classified information on a system which did not even have the minimal protection against hacking that most people have on their home computers. Is that negligence on her part? It certainly would seem that way. And if it is negligence then Hillary can be prosecuted under the Espionage Act for mishandling national security information. No intent is needed.
If Clinton is not recommended for indictment, then something is wrong with the FBI.
