DiFi's Dastardly Dirty Deeds Devastatingly Demolished

Today, the big news with regard to the Kavanaugh nomination was that senator Dianne Feinstein of California sent on to the FBI a letter that contained allegations against the nominee.  Feinstein refused to release the contents or the identity of the person who wrote the letter (since that person demanded anonymity.)  Social media blew up when this news came out.  Was this the smoking gun that would bring down the Kavanaugh nomination?  Would Kavanaugh end up in prison?  What sort of last minute miracle had Feinstein wrought for the Dems?

Well now it's a few hours later, and it turns out that is was just a dirty trick by the Dems to try to hurt Kavanaugh over nothing, NOTHING!  Consider this information that is now being reported:

1.  Senator Feinstein had this letter since July.  In the two months since she got the letter, she met with Kavanaugh in her office and also questioned him repeatedly at a confirmation hearing.  Feinstein never mentioned the content of the letter or made any attempt to find out what Kavanaugh had to say about the content of the letter.  Instead, Feinstein held the letter until the last minute in the hope of sinking the nomination or at least delaying it.

2.  The next thing to come out was a report that the subject of the letter is something happened when Kavanaugh was in high school.  So this is something that is over 25 years old.  It was hard to imagine anything from high school that could block a nomination.

3.  Then we learned the content of the letter.  It is charged by the writer of the letter that when Brett Kavanaugh was in high school, he went to a party.  At that party he and a friend locked the door to a bedroom with a girl or girls inside.  After a few minutes, the girls got out.  That's it, nothing more.  Unbelievable!  At a high school party, someone got locked in a bedroom for a few minutes.  I bet that happened no more than a million times in the last year alone.

Of course, by not releasing the content of the letter at first, Feinstein hoped to start a buzz that Kavanaugh had been accused of something serious.  Maybe tomorrow she will announce that she has found definitive evidence that when Kavanaugh was 12, he walked on the grass at a park despite a sign that says "keep off the grass."

The Kavanaugh nomination has been an ongoing mess for the Democrats.  Each time they do something, they seem only to embarrass themselves.  We had Cory Booker's "Spartacus" moment when he dared to release documents which had already been cleared for release while claiming that he was doing something wrong.  We had Kamala Harris asking obscure and bizarre questions and then ranting when Kavanaugh said he needed more information in order to answer.  We had the crazy screaming protesters who were planted in the hearings by the Democrats on the committee; it was not democracy but dishonor and discourtesy in action.  Now we have the attempt at a dirty trick by DiFi.  These Democrats are proving that there party is not capable of governing.
