There's an ongoing presidential election campaign in Ukraine. The incumbent president who is running for re-election is currently in second place in the polls with around 19% support. The candidate who is leading in the polls, however, is a comedian who is most well known for playing the president of Ukraine in a popular TV series. The comedian has no political experience at all. Right now he is running about 3% ahead of the actual president.
There's no way to predict now which of the many candidates will ultimately win. One thing is certain, there was no way to predict that the TV guy would be in the lead at this point.
