Just when it seemed that it could not get any worse for Elizabeth Warren, it does. Just yesterday, Warren told the Boston Globe about further family information concerning her Cherokee background. According to Warren, her father's family objected so strongly to their son marrying Warren's mother because of her Native American heritage, that her parents had to elope.
Apparently, this is not true. It seems that the marriage license for Warren's parents was already posted on line about two weeks ago long before Warren made this statement to the Globe. It shows that Warren's parents were married in church right near their homes. Sure looks like they didn't elope.
Some day Warren will learn that honesty is the best policy. Of course, that someday will probably be after she leaves the race for the senate.
You really couldn't make this stuff up!
