It is not easy to find humor in the news these days, but there are two stories this morning that had me laughing.
The first is a story in the New York Post which describes how in 1992, a senior aide to Bill Clinton threatened to quit and take many others with her if Clinton were to cheat on Hillary. Talk about rewriting history! From day one of the Clinton presidency, all of Washington knew what Clinton was doing.
The second bit of humor actually comes from Ferguson. The church at which the mother of Michael Brown worships was burned down during the riots after the announcement of the jury's decision. To be clear, that is not funny. What is funny, however, is that the pastor at the church blames white supremacists for the arson. Is he kidding? Apparently, he is not. It's still funny, though.
