Complete Indifference

One of the stories making the rounds today pertains to president Obama's complete lack of caring about the Obamacare roll out.  That law was passed early in 2010 and HHS Secretary Kathleen Sebelius was given the task of implementing it.  That task was herculean; there was a great deal to get done.  Perhaps the most important milestone date was last October 1, the day on which the Obamacare exchanges were scheduled to go live.  As we all know, those exchanges were only partially completed and even until now, some nine weeks later, the website still does not function perfectly (or even close to that).  Because of the tremendous amount of work that had to be done to get the law ready and to build the websites, secretary Sebelius had a very full plate of work over the last four years.

So here is today's question.  During the last four years, how many meetings has president Obama had with secretary Sebelius.  We are not talking about joint political appearances, just private meetings between Obama and Sebelius where work could actually be done.  The answer is amazing.  Since becoming president, Obama has met with Sibelius once.  ONE TIME, that's all.  And this is coming directly from the White House records!

It seems that Obama could not care less about the roll out of Obamacare.  Does he think himself above the details of his programs?  Is he just too too important?  Does Obama not care about the major injuries being inflicted on countless Americans.  How is it possible that he did not bother to do his job, HIS JOB!

I wonder what Obama would do if he were told that nuclear missiles were heading towards the USA.  Most likely, he would go to play golf and tell his staff to let him know how the attack turns out.
