The Washington Post reports today on a court decision issued this morning by a federal judge in Pennsylvania that finds president Obama's new executive guidelines on immigration as unconstitutional. The court specifically finds that Obama's actions go way beyond prosecutorial discretion, the theory that the Obamacrats use to justify Obama's actions.
This is just the first of many such cases that will be coming. It may take a while, but by some time next year, the Supreme Court is likely to strike down Obama's actions. Of course, what happens then to the various illegals who have come forward is anyone's guess.
