This morning, I read an article in The Hill about how vice president Biden is confident about his campaign for president should he decide to run. I too am confident about his prospects, but I suspect that my confident view is quite different from the vice president's. The article ended with a recap of a recent poll of Democrats regarding their choice for 2016 that shows Hillary Clinton with roughly a 50 point lead over second place finisher Elizabeth Warren. Biden was in third place with 9% support. It made me wonder just who is part of the 9%. They must be the folks that Jonathan Gruber said were stupid American voters.
