You have to love president Obama's sense of timing. The whole world is watching the terror attack in Paris and its aftermath and what is Obama talking about? That's right; he's pushing for free college tuition at community colleges. It's actually hilarious. Anyone who understands the current situation in the USA knows that the federal government has no cash to spare and is under mountains of debt. Obama has been the single most wasteful spender in US history, but with the new Republican control of both houses of Congress he will no longer be able to push needless spending through. So what is his main issue of the day? Obama now wants a completely new entitlement program that will add hundreds of billions of dollars of expense for both federal and state governments. Obama is like a fireman who comes to a blaze in order to spray gasoline on the fire.
Education is a great thing; we can all agree on that. It's like healthcare, another great thing. Nevertheless, we have all seen the wreckage created by Obama's efforts to "help" with healthcare; Obamacare has caused more damage to our healthcare system than any other act in history. Just imagine what Obama could do to our community colleges if given half a chance.
All I can say is "Two years and eleven days and counting until this bozo is finally gone." Let's hope we can all survive it.
